Party planning services include:
- Initial free, no obligation meeting to discuss your needs
- Create an event design (working to your brief and your budget)
- Find a site or develop a plan to transform your home
- Negotiate with suppliers to get you the best price (marquees, crockery, glasses etc)
- Arrange food and beverages
- Arrange decorations, furnishings and theming
- Arrange entertainment/music
- Plan transportation to and from the event
- Design, print and send invitations to attendees
- Arrange any necessary accommodation for attendees
- Co-ordinate the activities of event personnel (waiters, chefs etc)
- Supervise on site on day of event and clean-up
- Conduct evaluations of the event
- Design and send thank you notes for your guests
